International Students Experienced the Traditional Culture of Chinese New Year

Recently, IEC organized international students and volunteers from the College of Landscape Architecture and Art to go to Zhengzhou City God Temple to experience the Chinese Lunar New Year and traditional Chinese culture.

In Zhengzhou City God Temple, international students and volunteers experienced "copying blessings, printing blessings, writing blessings, collecting blessings and praying for blessings", watched the theme photography exhibition of folk activities, enjoyed the Henan Opera and listened to the performance of ocarina, etc. During the activity, international students prayed for each other and expressed and conveyed their wishes for the New Year.

This activity enabled the international students to experience traditional Chinese folk culture and feel the charm of Chinese traditional culture. They said that they would share Chinese culture with more family members, friends and classmates, and tell and spread Chinese stories.
