外国职工住宿管理制度

职工宿舍是职工生活、学习的场所，应保持文明、安静、整洁、安全，使大家有一个良好的生活和学习环境。为此，特做以下规定，请全体职工遵照执行。

As a place for livingand study, the foreign students’ accommodation should be kept quite, clean andsecured so that a qualified living and studying environment can be guaranteed.For the sake of the above-mentioned aims, the following rules and regulationsare made and should be obeyed by all the concerned foreign students.

1、职工宿舍的管理由mk体育官网专人统一负责；

Foreign students’ accommodation is in charged by the specific person of theInternationalEducation College, HAU.

2、职工宿舍住宿费按学期一次性支付全部费用；

The accommodation fee should be paid in one-term payment on the basis ofterms.

3、服从宿舍管理人员的安排，按指定房间住宿，不得私自迁移调换房间或多使用家具设备；

Obey the arrangement of the management staff, and lodge in the pre-assignedroom. Room-switching or using the facility which is beyond those offeredwithout prior permission is not allowed.

4、特殊原因要求一人住一间者，须向管理人员提出书面申请。如条件允许，职工应自批准之日起，一次交清本学期单间费用后方可调房；

Single room is available upon request and paper application is required.Once guarantee and the accommodation fee for the single room is paid inone-term payment, single room can be lodged in by the applicant.

5、集团不提供夫妇住宿条件。凡属自然空缺者，自空缺之日起一周内则由宿舍管理员安排并房。若拒绝安排者，按单间收费；

Housing for married couples is not available. In case natural vacancyhappens in the double room, re-arrangement is scheduled within a week. If therearrangement is not accepted, single room accommodation fee will be charged.

6、遵守会客制度，在规定的时间内会客，不能留客过夜。必须留客过夜者，应事先征得宿舍管理人员的同意，并填写留客过夜登记表。如果查房期间，发现未登记的留客过夜者，罚款100元并给予一次警告处分，发现三次以上者，限一周之内责令退房；

Obey the regulations and rules on visitors. Meeting visitors in youraccommodation is allowed in the permitted time, but staying overnight is not allowed.In case staying overnight is in urgent need, prior permission from themanagement staff is needed and information concerning the visitor should bewritten on the registration form. Once you are found to keep the visitorsovernight in your accommodation without the permission, a warning would begiven. If such cases happen for three times, your accommodation in theaccommodation will be terminated.

7、遵守学校作息时间。宿舍楼大门晚上11：00关闭，有特殊情况晚归者，应事先向宿舍楼相关管理人员提出申请；

obey the timetable of the university. The door of the accommodationbuilding is closed at 11:00 p.m everyday. In case that you would be back late,please apply in advance.

8、保持宿舍安静。不得在宿舍内从事影响他人学习与休息的活动，如跳舞，大声喧哗，高声播放音乐等，禁止在宿舍楼内酗酒闹事；

Keep the accommodation quite. Any activities that would influence otherresidents’ study and rest are not allowed, e.g., dancing, shouting, or playingmusic in a high volume.

Chaos caused by alcohol abuse within the accommodation building arestrictly forbidden.

9、不得利用宿舍从事违犯中国法律及学校校规的活动，所居住房间不得私自转让、转租等；

Activities against university disciplines and Chinese laws are strictlyforbidden. Sublet or transfer of your accommodation is not allowed.

10、注意节约用电，遵守用电规定。禁止使用电炉，取暖器，电加热器等，超常用电者应按规定自行缴纳电费；

Save the electricity and obey the rules concerning electricity usage. Electricfurnace and heater are not allowed in the dorm. For these facilities,electricity bills thus cost should be paid by residents themselves.

11、集团为每个房间配备公用设备，为每位职工配备房间的设施详见以下列表：

All the facilities should be appeared in the accommodation are listed here.

以上设施供本房间住的职工在校期间保管使用。如有丢失和人为损坏，由本人按照价格表照价赔偿。学习期满或中途退学时，如数交还；

All the above-mentioned facilities can be availed by the residents. In caseof damage or destruction, the cost for repairing or buying a new one should bepaid by the residents. Once your residence in the dorm ends, all the facilitiesshould be kept in intact.

12、遵守防火规定，爱护消防器材，严防火灾，室内禁止存放易燃易爆物品；

Obey the fire-safety requirements. Treasure the fire equipments and takestrict precautions against fire. Inflammable and explosive materials arestrictly forbidden in the accommodation.

13、保持宿舍内外清洁，维护楼道畅通。不得在走廊上堆放杂物，不得随意涂画张贴，宿舍楼内禁养宠物。

Keep the both room and corridor clean. No stuff should be stacked along thecorridor.

Posters, stickers and graffiti are not permitted on the wall. Pets areforbidden, too.
